Coach Ted M. Ferretti, M.A.

Head Softball Coach - La Grange High School

Coach Ferretti brings more than 25 years of coaching experience and a deep commitment to player development and mentorship to the Lady Leps softball program. He feels athletics combines and teaches discipline and leadership for life.

He holds a Master's degree in Athletic Administration from Concordia University - Irvine, California and has coached athletes at multiple levels including collegiately. His philosophy centers on building strong fundamentals, fostering competitive spirit, and teaching athletes how to carry themselves with integrity on and off the field.

He is dedicated to honoring the tradition of Lady Leps athletics and particularly softball while preparing today's players to compete at the highest level. He and his wife, Stacy, reside in Brenham and have two daughters attending Brenham High School and one son graduating from Sam Houston State University.
