Benjamin Swisher, a senior and team captain of the LHS swim team set his personal best in the finals at the 2024 4A Region 4 Swim Meet on Saturday Feb 3rd in San Antonio. He held the current 100 free record at 55.70. Ben swam a 54.15 in the finals of the 100 free and broke his own record.
